1.	With respect to transactions transmitted from the Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corporation’s Bills Clearing System to the CBC Interbank Funds Transfer System for settlement, the settlement fees continue to be discounted by 50%, and the normal fee 2004.6.29 Tai-Yang-Ye-Tze No. 0930032928
