Subject: The amended “Regulations Governing the Extension of Housing Loans in Specific Areas and Land Loans by Financial Institutions” has been promulgated by the Bank per Order Tai-Yang-Ye-Zi-1010026680 dated June 21, 2012. The title of the Regulations has also been changed to“Regulations Governing Home Mortgage Loans and Land Loans extended by Financial Institutions” (referred to as the “Regulations” hereunder). Please prepare the High-Priced Housing Loan Statistics Form and file it with the Bank periodically as required. Explanations: 1.Attached are the Regulations, Q&A Regarding High-Priced Housing Loans, and“High-Priced Housing Loan Statistics Form” that should be filed in accordance with Point 8 of the Regulations. 2.To facilitate inquiry, the Regulations and Q&A Regarding High-Priced Housing Loan have been posted on the Bank’s website under “Top View.”
