Loans in Specific Areas by Financial Institutions”.

Explanations:
　1.Refer to the Bank’s Circular Tai-Yang-Ye-Tze No.0990033648 dated June 24, 2010.
　2.The Bank has compiled inquiries made by the financial institutions and the 
　　public since the promulgation of the Regulations, and thereupon it has revised 
　　the content of the related Q&A and has added Q15 – Q22 for reference. 
　3.To facilitate inquiry by financial institutions, the Bank has made the Q&A 
　　available in the “Top View” section of its website.
