Subject: For To make it more convenient foreigners visiting Taiwan, to exchange foreign currency and in order to promote tourism , each Authorized Bank and each bank authorized to conduct purchase and sale of foreign currency cash and traveler’s checks shall act in accordance with the Explanation. Please take note. Explanations: 1.Please display the following signs prominently at the entrance of the premises: (1) Authorized Bank should be marked as“指定外匯銀行Authorized Foreign Exchange Bank & Money Exchanger”. (2) Other banks authorized to conduct only purchase and sale of foreign currency cash and traveler’s checks shall be marked as “外幣買賣Money Exchanger”. 2.The above Chinese and English signs shall be separated into upper and lower sections and the materials,typeface and size thereof to can be determined by each bank.
