Please note that disc transactions for CBC Interbank Funds Transfer and Settlement 
System shall be implemented from June 15, 1998, and the "Directions on the 
Operations of Disc Transactions for CBC Interbank Funds Transfer and Settlement 
System" is promulgated.

Explanations:
1.When the computer equipment of an online institution malfunctions or its line 
　connections are interrupted, resulting in the online institution's inability to 
　immediately resume online funds transfers in the CBC Interbank Funds Transfer 
　System, the online institution may produce disc records in place of current 
　manual payment processing.
2.For conducting disc transactions, the online institution shall comply with the 
　"Directions on the Operation of Disc Transactions for CBC Interbank Funds 
　Transfer and Settlement System".
