1.	The following Explanations interpret the issue whether re-deposits of a credit cooperative with terms of less than 1 year at banks or other credit cooperatives that are not designated banks, may be treated as eligible liquid reserves. 2005.11.3 Tai-Yang-Ye-Tze No. 0940046879
