Relevant forms for Bills Houses depositing guarantee are attached herewith. Please 
proceed in accordance with Explanation II.

Explanations:
1.This Letter is pursuant to Article 36 of the “Act Governing Bills Finance 
　Business” and the “Regulations Regarding Purposes and Management of Guarantees 
　Deposited by Bills Houses”.
2.Banks engaged in the Bills Finance Business are required to submit a letter and 
　fill out the relevant forms as attached (a detailed form of bonds/bills to be 
　deposited and a detailed summary form of bonds/bills) to deposit respective 
　guarantee with the CBC by March 22 (within sixty days from the date the 
　“Regulations Regarding Purposes and Management of Deposited Guarantee by Bills 
　Houses” becomes effective). If the bills houses deposit additional or adjust 
　guarantee, the prescribed forms attached herewith are to be used.Attachments:
　　（1）A form detailing the bonds/bills to be deposited (required when 
　　　　 depositing).
　　（2）A form detailing the principal of bonds/bills or coupons of bonds to be 
　　　　 withdrawn (required when withdrawing the principal or coupons).
　　（3）A summary form detailing the balance of bonds/bills (fill out net amount 
　　　　 after deposit and withdrawal).
