Please find the attached forms and an example with respect to the procedures for the depositing the reserve fund. A bank that has already applied to renew its business license pursuant to Article 59 of the “Trust Enterprise Act” shall complete and submit the relevant forms to the CBC and deposit the reserve fund by March 6.
1.This Letter is issued pursuant to Article 34 of the “Trust Enterprise Act” and a Notice of the Ministry of Finance on February 6, 2001 (Ref. No. Tai-Cai-Rong-4-90727315).
2.The reserve fund to be deposited is limited to cash or government bonds. In case there is any movement in the reserve fund, submission of a written report is required.
3.Attachments:
（1）A form detailing the deposited government bonds as reserve fund
（2）A form detailing the withdrawn principal of the government bonds as reserve fund
（3）A form detailing the withdrawn coupons of the government bonds as reserve fund
（4）A summary form detailing the government bonds deposited as reserve fund.
（5）Example for depositing reserve fund and withdrawing of trust fund reserves by banks engaged in Trust Business.
