 Article 20 Paragraph 1

　Violation of Article 6-1 herein involving intentional omission of declaration or
making untruthful declaration shall be subjected to a fine of more than NT$30,000
and less than NT$600,000; the same provision applies to failure to provide
explanation within a specified time period or providing false explanation.
