Chapter 4　　Supplementary Provisions
Article 51 　The Bank may take action pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Enforcement Law against any banking enterprise that fails to operate in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
Article 52 These Regulations shall become effective on the date of promulgation.
