The Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan)(hereafter referred to as "the Bank") has prescribed these Directions for processing of various accommodations to banks, such as rediscounts of eligible bills, temporary advances and refinancing of secured loans, pursuant to Article 19 of the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Act.
